02.05.10 February Events & Itemshop I received a letter from a little girl name Kalliope a few suns ago. I'm not quite certain how to aid her, but I wanted to share it with you: "Dear Eeva, A Deoch ago, I found a baby mouse behind one of the ale barrels in the Undine Tavern. I knew Chloe would have gotten rid of him if she knew, so I made him a new home outside behind the tavern in one of the bushes. I always brought him scraps of food, and kept him warm with some of the rags that were going to be thrown out. I named him Pudgy, and I have had him ever since. Lately, he's been acting strange. At first, I thought he had just gotten used to me, because he no longer nips at my fingers when I try to pick him up. But then I noticed he wasn't as lively as he used to be. He sleeps a lot more, and is very sluggish when he does move. Damara's old cat got sick once, and it refused to eat or drink for days. But Pudgy is still eating as much as before, if not more. I really don't know what to think. I can't tell Chloe, because she would get mad at me for keeping it. Do you think you could help me? 01.22.10 Ability & Experience Event Starting January 29th, all registered accounts will receive 50% Extra Experience and Ability Points gained through monster kills, quest rewards, etc. This event will begin on January 29th 1PM PST and END on February 1st 1PM PST. Register your accounts to take advantage of this!

Would You Like A Blog?

Recently, the subject of blogs and blogging came up, and Ashley suggested off-hand that PDA buy the optional package which adds a blogging feature to the site. This package isn't too expensive ($50), but it does cost enough that I'd rather not spend it if it's not going to get used. Up until now, I've just figured that it'd be one of those fluff features that gets a bit of attention for a few days, then lost on the wayside. However, others seem to have the feel that this gives people an opportunity to share things on the PDA community focused on their active interests, without derailing other threads about it. You can set areas of your blogs as invitation-only, if you're worried about sharing with the wrong people. If enough people would like to have it, then I would be happy to add it in. This thread has a poll in it (and those of you reading on the front page should click "Read More" to find it). Vote "yes" if you want to have a PDA blog to write on, "no" if you do not. Truthfully, I don't expect most people would vote "yes," so it's more a question of if a good number of people actually vote "yes" rather than a majority rules sort of a deal. Please only vote "yes" if you feel like you'd actually use the feature. I'm not asking for a contract inked in blood here, but if you vote "yes," my hope is that you'll at least try to make the effort for a little bit once I put it in.

KRU Interactive is offering a character restoration service for 'DARK AGES' characters that were deleted in the character purges that occurred in 2005 and 2006. Restoration for prior years' is not possible at the moment, so please do not send requests if you fall under this category. Players interested in restoring their purged characters, we ask you to read the below information as well as the instructions (Purged and Deleted Characters) in the Knowledgebase for DARK AGES before sending in your Support Tickets. Purged and Deleted Characters - The restoration is a very lengthy process, from the initial inquiry to the final restoration. Although we realize your desire for quick response from us, please submit your ticket only ONCE. We will process and reply to the tickets in the order they come in. Sending in multiple tickets will only delay your process further. Please note the overall process could take up to a month or longer, so we ask for your patience. - There is a processing fee for the restoration. The fee will be 1 UNUSED COUPON CODE OF (Kruna $29.85/3300Kruna) PER CHARACTER. Only PURCHASE the coupon code AFTER receiving CONFIRMATION from us that the purged character can be restored.
